RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Jessiz Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we accept returns within 30 days from the original ship date. Please note the following details regarding our policy:

  1. ReturnsTo be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

  2. Refunds:  To be eligible for a refund your item must be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

  3. Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  4. Return Shipping: The original shipping cost is not refundable. This amount will be deducted from your credit when processing the return.

Damages and issues
